Governor Greg Abbott reappointed Clifton “Cliff” Bickerstaff and Erin Lunceford to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Lands Leasing Board and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Land Leasing Board, respectively, for terms expiring May 1. September 2023 Boards for Lease are created to lease land owned by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Texas Parks and Wildlife Land Rental Board

Clifton “Cliff” Bickerstaff d’Amarillo is executive vice president of National Bank of Amarillo and sits on the bank’s board of directors. He is a member and past president of the Amarillo Area Foundation, a member of the finance and taxation committee of the Texas Cattle Feeders Association. He also serves on the Amarillo-Potter Events Venue District Board of Directors. Bickerstaff earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University.

Texas Department of Criminal Justice Land Leasing Council

Erin Luneford of Houston is an attorney and currently practices mediations and arbitrations through LuncefordADR, LLC. She previously served as a judge of the Harris County 61st Judicial District Court. She is certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and is a Certified Medical Malpractice Specialist with the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. She was a board member of the Houston Bar Association and an associate member and past president of the Houston Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Lunceford holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston.
