MARION COUNTY, Fla. (WCJB) – Donald Browning has been appointed to the vacant Marion County School Board seat by Governor Ron DeSantis.
Browning was sworn in on August 30 as the District 2 representative.
When asked what Browning’s thoughts were on the mask warrants, he replied that he was on the governor’s side.
âI follow the governor’s thought and the science around the idea that you are not going for something as light as a mask that blocks a communication situation and you have to be able to see your teachers,â Browning explained. .
