The office, the first outside the Pink City for Ferguson Wellman, is headed by Chris Bixby, senior vice president. Bixby joined the company this year and acts as a portfolio and wealth manager for Puget Sound clients.
The Bellevue office is temporarily located at 3006 Northup Way, Suite 100, and is expected to move into a permanent office in January or February.

Bixby, a certified financial planner and registered agent, brings extensive wealth planning to clients, as well as a solid knowledge of tax planning in conjunction with clients’ professional partners, the firm said.
